Our Programs

At Next Gen Success, we believe in empowering youth by providing opportunities for physical growth, emotional resilience, and leadership development. Our programs are designed to inspire and challenge youth to become the best versions of themselves. Here’s how we do it:

MMA at Battle Arts Academy

Our flagship MMA program, funded by the City of Mississauga Charitable Gaming Organization, provides 25 culturally diverse, low-income youth aged 10-21 with expert coaching and mentorship. Participants train three days a week over a 10-month period, developing not just their MMA skills but also key life skills like emotional regulation and leadership.

Boys to Men

The Boys to Men program empowers young men aged 10-18 through a combination of MMA training and social-emotional skills development. It equips participants with the self-discipline, emotional regulation, and leadership skills needed to succeed both on and off the mat.

You Grow Girl

You Grow Girl is a transformative program for young women aged 10-18, combining MMA training with social-emotional learning (SEL). This program helps participants develop physical strength, confidence, and leadership skills to tackle life’s challenges with resilience.

Program Impact

Next Gen Success programs combine the physical intensity of combat sports with emotional and mental growth. We provide a supportive and inclusive environment where youth can:

  • Improve physical health and mental resilience

  • Develop leadership skills and a sense of responsibility

  • Build positive relationships and make better life choices

Together, our programs have already empowered over 100 youth, fostering a generation of young leaders equipped to overcome adversity and thrive in their communities.
